Innate Flow, released on 2-22-22—a date resonating with profound numerological significance—marks my debut in music production. Rooted in a lifelong passion for drum and bass, particularly the electrifying energy of 174 BPM, this project explores the intersection of liquid DnB, jazz influences, and innovative sound design.

The journey began in the summer of 2021, during the COVID lockdown in China. Immersed in trading stocks and forex on a massive 49-inch curved screen, I was inspired by my girlfriend, Narcy, who used the screen for her creative endeavors. Motivated to craft something of my own, I revisited FL Studio, diving into sound design with tools like the mikro mk3 and m32 while refining my skills in music theory.

Innate Flow is more than an album—it’s a reflection of my inner world during a time of personal struggle. Themes of duality, ascension, love’s paradoxes, and navigating darkness flow through the soundscapes, capturing a subconscious narrative of self-discovery and emotional catharsis.
